| We biked while the boys climbed. Hell's Gate has no predators, so is one of the few parks where it is easy to do outdoor activities without worrying about the animals. |

| Doug was cajoled into trying a climb. It was, as they say, an "epic fail". I had no idea what I was supposed to hang onto on those rocks! I blame it on not having climbing shoes and trying to climb with clunky hiking shoes (but probably there are other reasons I only got this far...) |
